3 hour private guided tour of Vancouver
There’s much more to see in Vancouver beyond the city’s unique natural setting. On this 3-hour introductory Vancouver City Tour with an architect, urban expert, or local historian, we will traverse both the city and its varied history as the green gateway to the Pacific, from its First Nations heritage to 21st-century metropolis. Together, we’ll learn how a rail outpost on the edge of Canada grew to become an idyllic coastal city, frequently cited as among the best in the world in which to live.

Day 2:
Private Foodie Tour at Granville Island Market with a chef
We’ll begin our Savoring Vancouver Food Tour by hopping on the commuter ferry and crossing False Creek to reach the culinary treasure of Granville Island. Once a mere sandbar, this man-made island was a bustling industrial site for many years until it was repurposed in the mid-1970s. This urban revival has more recently accelerated, making it a cultural and gastronomic hub of the city with a large public market, craft distiller, sake maker, brewers, hip cafés, innovative restaurants, entertainment and theatre venues. Expertly led by our guide, you’ll be introduced to Granville Island’s top purveyors and indulge in several tastings throughout the market. We may stop in at the local fishmonger to see the catches of the day and sample some delicious smoked salmon, or tantalize our taste buds with some BC artisanal cheeses, chocolate, charcuterie, seasonal produce, or local baked goods.
Have a drink at Botanist, at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel and home to sophisticated yet whimsical cocktails, with a number of chemist-like designs from their unique cocktail lab, equipped with things like centrifuges and ice-sculpting tools.
Coastal Mountain & Waterfall Experience by seaplane
Depart downtown Vancouver along the North Shore Mountains and have your camera ready as you cruise by the “Lion’s Peaks” and then make your way through Howe Sound. Soar above the rugged mountain wilderness of the Coast Mountain Range and escape to Indian Arm fjord, a heavily forested and secluded narrow inlet with sheer granite cliffs on either side. This tour includes an extra landing at Indian Arm for a brief photo stop, before returning back to Downtown Coal Harbour.
Dinner reservation at Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio
Situated along Vancouver’s picturesque False Creek seawall, Ancora Dining and Patio serves Peruvian and Japanese cuisine while incorporating the traditions of West Coast sustainable seafood. Enjoy the sunset.

Day 5:
5 hour private Kelowna tour with wine tasting & picnic lunch
Kelowna is truly the birthplace of winemaking in BC—the first vineyards in the Province were planted here by Father Charles Pandosy in 1859. This region is known primarily for cool-climate varietals such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling, although some wineries are producing red blends made with fruit sourced from vineyards further to the south. Stunning views of the city, surrounding mountains, gorgeous vineyards and orchards, and our beautiful lake all set a dramatic backdrop for this tour.
The tour also includes a facility tour and tasting. Guests will learn about the process of making wine from grape to glass, beginning in the vineyard, moving into the winemaking facility, and concluding with a tasting of award-winning wines.
As with all of our tours, a picnic lunch consisting of fresh local produce, locally-cured charcuterie, artisan cheese, bread, crackers and spreads is included in the cost of the tour.
The five stops may include tastings of wines at: Tantalus Vineyards, Quails’ Gate, Sandhill Wines, The Hatch, Sperling Vineyards, and Spierhead Winery.
