6 pm is Cocktail time at BarChef
BarChef is a dimly lit, intimate environment created by the modernist cocktail king Frankie Solarik
It will be a multisensory experience with concoctions that brighten the eyes before the taste buds.
You’ll hear the steady rhythm of the bartenders hand-chipping ice spheres and a nostalgic collection of music ranging from jazz to some more recent selections.
Cocktails are made like magic potions, the hickory-smoked vanilla Manhattan smokes in front of your eyes.  They are all served amid foliage and soil and designed to evoke the changing of the seasons.

Dinner reservation at Grey Gardens
It is located in the bohemian-chic area of Kensington Market.  A paradise for duck eaters:  dry-aged Peking-style duck breast, served on homemade sauerkraut and duck fried rice. Drink a glass of rare Sauternes and your evening will be divine!

Day 2
Niagara Private Day Trip from Toronto
On this trip the guide will take you from your location in Toronto to Niagara in a comfy SUV.
Learn all about the region’s history, geology, and settlement. You’ll head to Niagara falls for a viewing of the area, a walk along the Niagara River to the mouth of the falls, and enjoy a look at the quirky Clifton Hill. In the summer months I suggest taking the Hornblower Boat Cruise as well! Next discover the historical town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. A Historical walking tour with plenty of stops for Photography will be provided. You can grab lunch here or snack throughout the day. You will be able to visit a winery for a tutored tasting. Please let me know at time of booking if this is of interest. There are also local breweries and distilleries which could be toured as well.
The guide will drive you back to the city in time for dinner or evening plans!

Dine with a view, the CN Tower standing to one side, planes landing at City Airport to another, and Toronto’s glittering skyline sprawling beyond the horizon.
The food is delicious and features Ontario & Quebec products such foie gras from Quebec, Ontario burrata, rhubarb, pink peppercorn, and Niagara pears.

Day 3: Montreal for 3 nights

A family owned restaurant, two brothers offering an Argentinian cuisine, inspired by Italy and Spain and using the best ingredients that Quebec has to offer. Their empanadas are becoming famous, as well as their Flan with dulce de leche. The wine list is a delight for wine connoisseurs, emphasizing natural, organic, small-producer wines with many reasonably priced options by the glass

Day 5
Eastern Townships private tour – A « Québécois » and anglo-saxon charm journey
From its mountains to its many rivers and lakes, the Eastern Townships region offers breathtaking landscapes, picturesque villages and an unique « art de vivre » where good tastes and history are a perfect mix! Here is the itinerary we propose for an unforgettable journey in this region of the Province of Québec.
9:00 am Departure from Montréal for the Eastern-Townships.
10:00 am Arrival in Bromont, famous for its golf courses, ski, horse back riding and more. Coffee break possibility at the Château Bromont and guided tour of the city.
11:00 am Arrival in Knowlton, an elegant Victorian village known for it loyalist heritage and its Anglo-Saxon atmosphere. On the program, 45 minute walking tour in the village and free time for more discoveries.
12:45 pm Lunch… Many possibilities:

10:30 am Arrival in Sainte-Agathe where you will enjoy a boat ride on the magnificent Lac-des-Sables.
11:30 am On the way to the restaurant you will drive along small country roads.
12:00 pm Noon buffet at Mont-Gabriel. After the meal, you will enjoy the greatest view over the mountains and valleys of the Laurentians.
1:30 pm On your way back, via roads that have beautiful views to offer, you will make a stop in Saint-Sauveur, a small village where fashion designers, artcraft boutiques and bistros are juxtaposed by the original bakery and the village church. Free time on your own!

Poutine is a must!
We recommend Chez Gaston. This St.-Roch hole in the wall is not fancy but  the poutine is just perfect: crisp fries with crunch and curds with squeak, all doused in gravy.
If you are looking for more comfort, you could head to Poutineville. 
All ingredients are customizable, but the house specialty replaces crushed potato chunks for fries and adds a pile of braised beef to Canada’s so-called “national dish.”

Then head to Rue of Strange Brew.
The ideal spot to taste the province’s best craft ciders and beers. 
For apple-based tipples, visit Le Projet Spécialité Microbrasseries, a busy bar with an elegant interior. Try the Citron Sunrise from Les Vergers de la Colline — an appealingly tart, lemony cider — or the winelike rosé “ice cider” from La Face Cachée de la Pomme.
And if you are not tired yet we recommend spending the rest of the evening at Bar Les Yeux Bleus, a cavelike bar with (gentler) live music.

Day 7:

Day 8:
Montmorency falls and Isle d’Orléans Private tour and tasting

Embark with one of our professional guides on this tour rich in history and culinary tastings, beginning at the Montmorency Falls and continuing on to the « Garden of Québec », Isle d’Orléans! Our first stop is the Montmorency Falls where you are certain to capture wonderful photos of the grandeur of the falls, and its natural beauty. You will travel a boardwalk with a variety of lookouts and a suspension bridge that captures not only the surrounding beauty but the power of the Montmorency River’s current and  of the Falls Travelling on, with more great views of the countryside, and Quebec City in the distance, we will visit Vignoble Isle de Bacchus.  This family owned winery produces a variety of red, white and rosé wines. After a tour of the vineyards, you will be invited to a tasting in their wine cellar.  Then, at Cidrerie Verger Bilodeau, enjoy the maple products and discover ice cider, a specialty unique in Quebec. Between these stops, our guide will provide you an historical commentary complete with anecdotal information.  On your way to Quebec City, return to the time of New France by visiting Le Domaine Maizerets, a jewel of Québec’s heritage.  It remains one of the rare examples of a seigneurial residence in a rural area of ​​ »New France ».  A specialized guide will take care of you while revealing the Domaine’s long and interesting history.
