6 pm is Cocktail time at BarChef
BarChef is a dimly lit, intimate environment created by the modernist cocktail king Frankie Solarik
It will be a multisensory experience with concoctions that brighten the eyes before the taste buds.
You’ll hear the steady rhythm of the bartenders hand-chipping ice spheres and a nostalgic collection of music ranging from jazz to some more recent selections.
Cocktails are made like magic potions, the hickory-smoked vanilla Manhattan smokes in front of your eyes.  They are all served amid foliage and soil and designed to evoke the changing of the seasons.

Dinner reservation at Grey Gardens
It is located in the bohemian-chic area of Kensington Market.  A paradise for duck eaters:  dry-aged Peking-style duck breast, served on homemade sauerkraut and duck fried rice. Drink a glass of rare Sauternes and your evening will be divine!

Day 2:
Private foodie tour
Pick up from your accommodation in Toronto.
You’ll see Toronto’s Union Station, CN Tower, Old Town, St. Lawrence Market, Distillery District, Kensington Market, China Town, Cabbage Town, and Toronto’s Trendy West End.
All along the way stop in and taste unforgettable bites: both Canadian classics and inventive fusion foods among the many ethnic pockets and funky neighbourhood the city has to offer. Let your taste buds excite you as much as the energy and sites of the city.
Drop off back at your accommodation or your next step along your itinerary.

4 hour private sailing tour around Toronto Islands
Toronto is surrounded by water; rivers and Lake Ontario with a beautiful island -public park- in front of the skyline overlooking the towering high risers of the Toronto skyline . The best way to escape the city is on the water and enjoying this magnificent skyline from a distance. We like you to sail, take the helm or simply relax on this great excursion.
We start just outside Toronto and follow the coastline to Toronto island hoping to catch some good winds on Lake Ontario. We are sailing for 4 hours and make this one excursion you will remember.
See the historic lighthouse of Gibraltar Point.

Dinner reservation at Don Alfonso 1890
The city’s most internationally acclaimed restaurant, Don Alfonso 1890 Toronto has been named as the 2nd Best Italian Restaurant in the World by 50 Top Italy. Don Alfonso 1890 Toronto is the first North American location of world renowned Michelin Star Chefs Alfonso and Ernesto Iaccarino’s Don Alfonso 1890. Try  the wonderful fresh flavors of the Amalfi coast.

Day 3

On this trip the guide will take you from your location in Toronto to Niagara in a comfy SUV.
Learn all about the region’s history, geology, and settlement. You’ll head to Niagara falls for a viewing of the area, a walk along the Niagara River to the mouth of the falls, and enjoy a look at the quirky Clifton Hill. In the summer months I suggest taking the Hornblower Boat Cruise as well! Next discover the historical town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. A Historical walking tour with plenty of stops for Photography will be provided. You can grab lunch here or snack throughout the day. You will be able to visit a winery for a tutored tasting. Please let me know at time of booking if this is of interest. There are also local breweries and distilleries which could be toured as well.
The guide will drive you back to the city in time for dinner or evening plans!
