We start in Pioneer Square where Seattle started and was almost lost in 1889.
Then over to Fremont; the Center of the Universe to see the famous Troll.
It’s off to taste some chocolate at one of Seattle’s most famous makers. Then we explore some of the finest and most expensive homes in Seattle’s oldest neighborhood; Queen Anne.
We will stop for a coffee the only Starbucks Roastery in the world; next we stop by for a walk through of the Pike Place market before we go to Seattle’s best known monument; The Space Needle where we will go to the top for the amazing view.
To round off the day we will finish with a visit to Dale Chihuly Garden & Glass museum where you will see glass in a way you never have. We will stop along the way for snacks and refreshments.
Dinner reservation at Restaurant Manolin
Named one of America’s Best New Restaurants 2015 by Bon Appetit, Manolin serves freshly prepared, innovative new American cuisine. You will find small plates of seafood, grilled meats and garden greens. The menu changes frequently according to the season and the auction of the day.
Day 3:
Private Woodinville Wine Tasting & Snoqualmie Falls Tour
Start your tour at Snoqualmie Falls, where you’ll watch the mighty waters plunge into the river canyon below. The waterfall is nestled among the big evergreen trees of the western Cascade Mountains, which cut across the state and divide the lush coastal climates of the West from the dry, vineyard-rich regions of the East.
After exploring Snoqualmie Falls, you’ll travel northwest to Woodinville Wine Country for a gourmet picnic lunch and wine tastings at three wineries that deliver on elegance but leave pretense at the door. Learn to sip like a sommelier with a fun lesson on wine-tasting techniques and the flavor profiles of different varietals. Meet passionate winemakers and learn how they’ve crafted the wine in your glass — experience Woodinville’s tightly-knit wine community and taste award-winning varietals rarely found outside of Washington State. While Washington is the second largest wine-producer in the country, it only exports 1% of its wine!
Dinner reservation at Aqua
The seafood is succulent, the wine list is splendid but of course the best part is the waterfront location that offers a spectacular view of Elliott Bay. There’s live piano music nightly.
