Day 1: Toronto for 2 nights
Meet & greet private transfer from airport to hotel
Accommodation at Hotel Ritz Carlton*****

6 pm is Cocktail time at BarChef
BarChef is a dimly lit, intimate environment created by the modernist cocktail king Frankie Solarik
It will be a multisensory experience with concoctions that brighten the eyes before the taste buds.
You’ll hear the steady rhythm of the bartenders hand-chipping ice spheres and a nostalgic collection of music ranging from jazz to some more recent selections.
Cocktails are made like magic potions, the hickory-smoked vanilla Manhattan smokes in front of your eyes.  They are all served amid foliage and soil and designed to evoke the changing of the seasons.

Dinner reservation at Grey Gardens
It is located in the bohemian-chic area of Kensington Market.  A paradise for duck eaters:  dry-aged Peking-style duck breast, served on homemade sauerkraut and duck fried rice. Drink a glass of rare Sauternes and your evening will be divine!  

Day 2:
3 hour Foodie tour:  Kensington Market, taste the world
This is the food tour for all you culinary adventurers! Take a trip around the world in one lunch as we sample a variety of cuisine from various cultures in the multi-cultural enclave of Kensington Market, including a stop in Chinatown. You’ll get to enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes of this colorful neighborhood as we chow down on sweet and savory delights hailing from Chinese and Belgian kitchens, among others! Of course, you will also experience a typical ‘Canadian’ dish.
At the end of the tour, leave with the famous Toronto Truffle, a decadent cross between a maple butter tart and a chocolate truffle.

Biking tour on the Toronto Islands
It is at sunset that we take the ferry to fully enjoy the beauty of the Toronto Islands and admire the panoramic view of the city. Then by bike, through the parks and beaches, we discover the chalets, the Royal Canadian Yacht Club as well as the historic lighthouse of Gibraltar Point.

Day 3:  Niagara on the Lake for 1 night
Pick up car in Toronto
Spend most of the day in Niagara Fall
The Ontario Horseshoe is the most impressive.
For an overview, climb to the Skylon Tower.
For a view from close, Journey Behind the Falls is a year-round attraction that offers a unique view of the Falls from below and behind.
For a wet experience, Maid of the Mist is a must.   These boats have been shuttling visitors to and from the base of the falls since the 1840s. Be prepared to get wet: the Maid of the Mist practically dunks you under the falls, but rain gear is provided and many say that this is one of the best ways to experience the splendor of Niagara Falls.

Accommodation at Hotel Harbour House****
Offering comfortable guestrooms and a delicious breakfast every morning, this cozy inn in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario is situated in an ideal location for relaxing leisure activities.

Day 4:  Lake Muskoka for 1 night
Drive south towards Lake Muskoka.

Day 5: Algonquin Park for 2 nights
Drive to Algonquin Park

Located in the center of Algonquin Park on the shores of Little Joe Lake, this seasonal resort offers guests a full board for 3 meals per day made with local ingredients. It features a variety of free recreational activities as well as a fireplace lounge.

Day 6:
Day at leisure to explore the park located at the edge of the coniferous and deciduous forest.
Hiking, walking, canoeing or cycling is the best way to explore these enchanting natural landscapes. Animal spotting for moose, beaver, white-tailed deer, dives and the ducks.  If you are lucky, you could even admire a  great Lappish owl.

Day 7:  Ottawa for 2 nights
Drive east to Ottawa, the nation’s capital.

Day 8:
3 hour private guided tour of Ottawa
This tour will encompass all of the highlights of the nation’s capital.
The must see things are: Parliament Hill, Rideau Hall, Embassy Row, Rockliffe Park, and the best photo op locations ever.

Rest of the day at leisure to explore on own:  Stroll along the Rideau Canal and its locks – get lost between the stands of the ByWard Market – go to Gatineau Park – visit the many museums, such as the Canadian Museum of History and the Museum of Fine Arts…

Day 9:  Wellington for 2 nights
Drive south to Prince Edward County.
Stop in Ganacoque for your helicopter ride

1000 Islands Helicopter Tour (20 minutes)
Fly over American Span and Ivy Lea Bridges, Millionaire’s Row, Boldt Castle – Alexandria Bay, Manhattan Group of Islands and 1000 Islands Parkway.
Experience the love and romance of the most iconic landmark in the history of the 1000 Islands, Boldt Castle. Many come to see the beauty of the islands but some come to see the incredible opulence of the many mansions built upon these granite islands. Inarguably the most famous of all is Boldt Castle on Heart Island. Built by George Boldt in the late 1800s, he abandoned the structure before it was finished when his wife suddenly died. The love tragedy of Boldt Castle can only be truly understood by adoring the beauty from 1000 ft above the grounds.

Day at leisure to take a walk on the beach, Wellington Beach is family friendly but chic.
The village museum is housed in an old Quaker house dating from 1885. You will learn about cannery, a very important industry in the county in the last century.
