Day 1:  San Francisco for 3 nights
Pick up car at SFO airport

Day 2:
4 hour private guided Foodie Tour of San Francisco with a local chef
This food tour is uniquely designed and led by a local chef.
On this tour you’ll explore the variety of flavors only the Inner Richmond can offer. The Inner Richmond, situated between the Golden Gate Park and the Presidio, has a reputation for under-the-radar fantastic food and abundant of multicultural restaurants. It’s often called the « New Chinatown » but along the Chinese restaurants and Cantonese Dim Sum you can also find Thai, Vietnamese, Burmese, Russian, Japanese and Korean eateries across the main streets Clement and Geary. You’ll discover bake shops, restaurants, specialty markets and cool shops while sampling at least 15 (!!) different dishes and hearing tales of the food and the neighborhood.

Fog permitting, the restaurant offers the best view on the Pacific coastline. Perched high on a cliff above Ocean Beach, it offers an expansive scope of the crashing Pacific Ocean, sunsets, and sea lions out front on the rocks.

Day 4:  Napa Valley for 4 nights
Drive to Napa valley, just 55 miles north of San Francisco.
From San Francisco, cross the Golden Gate Bridge and continue north on U.S. 101.
35-mile-long Napa Valley comprises a string of small towns surrounded by vineyards.
Things to see and do – Lunch or dinner at one of the region’s Michelin-starred tables – visit the home of writer Jack London at Glen Hellen, followed by a walk in the park that bears his name – a hike to Bald Mountain, north of Glen Hellen, for a superb view of the entire region – for amateurs, the visit of the Shulz Museum in Santa Rosa, the legendary creator of Snoopy, Charlie Brown and their band of Peanuts – treat yourself to a well-being break in Calistoga, the capital of spas and hot springs in the region.

Day 5
Private Hot Air Balloon tour Napa Valley
Your morning will begin at the Vintner’s Golf Club in Yountville where you will be greeted with coffee, tea and an assortment of light bites. After a brief orientation, guests are driven to one of our launch sites where they are met by a bustle of activity, the hum of the inflation fans, lively colors and excitement as our hot air balloons gradually come to life.
From tree tops to magnificent panoramic views, enchantment, romance, and excitement fill every colorful moment of this graceful adventure.
After landing, we return you to Vintner’s Golf Club where you will join your pilot in celebrating your adventure with a sparkling wine toast!

Day 6:
Private driver at disposal to go for a very special cave wine tasting at Del Dotto
This historic property was one of Napa Valley’s first wineries dating back to 1885, and is where the barrel tasting experience was born. Dave and Yolanda Del Dotto restored the winery in the late ‘90s to age red wines in their caves. These cave-aged wines proved to be more voluptuous and opulent than those aged in modern facilities, and as such, the family continues to age wines in these historic caves to this day.

Day 7:
Private driver at disposal for the day for cheese & wine tasting in Sonoma
Take a private Northern Sonoma wine tour.  Visit some different wineries in the friendly Russian River, Dry Creek, and Alexander Valley wine regions of Sonoma.
Throughout the day your wine educator will entertain you and talk about the long history of winemaking in Sonoma, and teach you everything from wine tasting to wine production and grape farming.
Conveniently located next door to the funky, stop-worthy Jimtown Store, Hawkes offers a Vineyard Tasting, where three cabernets, a chardonnay and a merlot are all served with a cheese board, olive oil and accoutrements.
You’ll often get to tour the wine production area of a larger brand name and see how grapes turn into wine, and if you are here during harvest you may even get to stomp on some grapes!
After one winery tour, it’s on to wine tasting and exploring the back road wine country with visits to « boutique » small production family wineries, the true hidden gems of Sonoma County wine country!
