Day 1:  Boston for 3 nights

Rest of the day at leisure to explore Beacon Hill on own and discover the famous brick and stone houses, the Greek Revival and Gothic-style buildings, and its myriad shops and cafes lining Charles Street.
Or/and
Visit the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum,model after a Venitian Palazzo, it host an impressive art collection and major works by Botticelli, Rubens, Delacroix or Matisse.

Day 2
Morning private guided tour of the Freedom Trail with driver guide
With your private guide, head to landmarks including the Boston Common, Massachusetts State House, Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, and the Paul Revere House, among others. Then take the Charlestown Bridge to the USS Constitution and view the Bunker Hill Monument. You select which stops along the Freedom Trail you would like to see and create your own itinerary. 
Your guide will drop you off at the main level of Faneuil Hall Marketplace’s central building
Quincy Market, is a gigantic food court. You can eat at the marketplace.  If you prefer a lunch with a view over the marina, cross Atlantic Avenue  and seat next to Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park.  If you are looking for something indoor and a typical restaurant, head to Union Oyster House

Rest of the afternoon at leisure to explore the waterfront.

90 minutes Boston Harbor Cruises
See some of the top attractions in Boston from the waterfront on this narrated sightseeing cruise. Explore Boston Harbor and see the city’s historic sites while listening to live commentary on board. Pass landmarks like the Boston Tea Party ships, USS Constitution, and Boston Light—the oldest continuously manned lighthouse in the United States.
After the cruise, hop in taxi for a 20 to 30 minute cab ride and visit the Institute of Contemporary Art.

Dinner reservation at the Gallows
This South End restaurant gets its name from the fact that it stands on the site where Boston used to hang people in the 18th century.  This is a gastropub with excellent food and cocktails.  If you never had poutine, this the place where to try it. 

Day 3
In the morning, head to the Museum of Science, with its wealth of hands-on exhibits, is a great destination for families
Take a taxi to Cambridge at noon and have lunch at the Border café where they serve delicious Tex-Mex specialties. 

2 hour private guided tour of Harvard
Tour will include Harvard Yard and Radcliff Yard, Brattle Street (« Tory Row »), The « Old Burial Place », Longfellow’s Mansion.

Dinner reservation at Row 34 for their excellent sea food
In a historic and modern setting, chef-owner Jeremy Sewall has sublimated all the New England classics and offers lots of crudos, ceviches and oysters.   If you like beer, you will not be disappointed,  as they have a selection of  twenty-four draught lines that focuses on contemporary American craft beer industry.
