Day 1:  Portland for 3 nights

Day 2
Half day Private deluxe foodie tour
Experience the heart of Portland’s culinary scene on this downtown foodie adventure! Some of our city’s biggest eating trends started here, from farm-to-table restaurants to PDX’s original food cart pod, making downtown an eater’s delight. On this walking food tour we visit restaurants that are James Beard Award winners, Iron Chef competitors, and winners of Top Chef Masters. Come taste the very best of what Portland’s becoming known for, including fine dining, ground-breaking food halls, delicious brews, and more!

Rest of the day at leisure. 
You could go to Woodblock Chocolate, a family-run manufactory and shop, where you can watch the chocolate-making process, taste wonderful chocolates and bars.

Day 3:
Half day private garden tour with picnic
Starting with a hike, such a quintessential outdoor Portland activity you’ll walk right into sweeping vistas from atop Washington Park. It reveals the beautiful and pointed Mt. Hood while just behind you sits the calm and serene Portland Japanese Gardens. Steeped in tradition the grounds lead you from place to place with intention, allowing you to pause and take in the beauty.
Across town, but still well within city limits, the 62-acre Grotto dazzles with a series of gardens dedicated to Mary and the Catholic church. But you don’t have to be religious to enjoy walking through vast gardens that change with the seasons and often involve elaborate decorations at holidays, such as the Christmas seasons Festival of Lights.
With your guide, you will make a stop at Woodlawn’s P’s & Q’s Market, an upscale store for gourmet groceries, and organic produce. They will  filled a basket with your choice of sandwich, salads and beverages.
We will end at  Cathedral Park on the Willamette River. You will enjoy lunch beneath the majestic St. Johns Bridge.

Day 4:  Cannon Beach for 2 nights
Pick up car in Portland
Drive west towards the Pacific and the wild beaches of the coast.

Day 5:
Drive to Astoria
The Astoria Riverwalk is the best way to get a feel for the city spirit.
Explore  the Port of Astoria with hundreds of ships from all over the world. Walk under the 4.1 mile long Astoria-Megler Bridge, enjoy the spectacular views of the river, check out the Maritime Memorial, visit one of the many nearby shipwrecks, Columbia River Maritime Museum, and enjoy the lounging sea lions on the docks at 36th Street.

4 hour Columbia River Eco Tours
Depart from Astoria’s West Mooring Basin Slip D-5 located at the Astoria Riverwalk Inn, travel beneath the beautiful Astoria Megler Bridge connecting Oregon and Washington via the Columbia River.
View Astoria’s historic waterfront. 
Along the route, pass by Pier 39, the restored Hanthorn Bumble Bee Seafood Cannery, the Coast Guard Station at Tongue Point and almost always encounter singing sea lions.
Following many of the routes blazed by Lewis & Clark as they explored the Columbia River Estuary in 1805, travel through the Lewis & Clark National Wildlife Refuge, offering breathtaking photo opportunities.
Passing alongside the Twilight Creek Eagle Sanctuary we’ll often have the opportunity to view Bald Eagles, Osprey, Great Blue Herons and Canada Geese among the abundant species of waterfowl in the area.
Navigating along the narrow channels we’ll view a hand cranked railroad bridge together with floating homes and salmon nurseries.
Adventuring back out into the main channel shipping lanes of the Columbia we’ll view huge oceangoing ships up close and personal.

Day 6 :  Depoe Bay for 1 night
Follow the Pacific and head south, admire the long wild beaches as you drive.
Stop in Tillamook, the dairy capital of Oregon where you can visit the largest cheddar cheese factory
Pacific City and its imposing sand dune
Lincoln City: renowned for its wind and colorful kite festivals to fresh catch feasts to hand-blown glass floats….

Day 7:  Bandon for 1 night
Head south, stop in Newport, an authentic fishing town where you will encounter colonies of sea lions and see the pretty lighthouse of Yaquina Bay, Oregon’s last wooden lighthouse.

Day 8: Grants Pass for 1 night
Drive southeast towards Grants Pass, a small western town nestled in a wilderness watered by the Rogue River, which is ideal for outdoor activities: hiking, fly fishing, kayaking or boat trip, nature is here in its purest form.
You could make a quick incursion into California, and visit the superb redwoods of Redwoods National Park.

Rafting descent of the Rogue River
One of the most famous whitewater river adventures in the American West, and for good reason. Flowing from the Cascade Mountains to the Pacific Ocean, our particular Oregon rafting trip takes place on the most scenic section of the river flowing through the heart of the Rogue River Wilderness. Fun, intermediate rapids, warm water, and a green-forested canyon makes rafting the Rogue the perfect natural playground for the best whitewater rafting experience.  To top it off, each night you stay at a remote riverside lodge where you enjoy your own room with private bathroom.
During the day you raft through the Rogue’s splashy rapids and, in the quiet pools between, watch for deer, black bear, river otters and a variety of birds that make this canyon their home. Like all the best whitewater rafting trips in the world, there’s plenty of variety along the way including walks to historic homesteads and superb hiking trails. Few rivers offer such a magical blend of fun suitable for all ages.
You will have the opportunity to observe the fauna, notably the bald eagles.

Day 9:  Prospect for 1 night
Explore southern Oregon and drive through vineyards and forests.  Follow the banks of rivers while driving towards the increasingly mountainous landscape to the small town of Prospect, very close to the southern entrance to the park Crater Lake National Park.

Day 10:  Crater Lake for 1 night

Wizard Island is a 763-foot cinder cone created when Crater Lake first filled with water after the volcano collapsed. While on Wizard Island, be sure to hike the Wizard Island Summit Trail. This moderate hike is approximately 1 hour to the top of Wizard Island with a path leading to the 90-foot deep crater at the summit. Total trail length is 2.2 miles round trip.

Day 11:  Fossil for 2 nights

Day 13 : Hood River for 1 night
We leave the arid territories to return to a landscape of impetuous rivers, mountains, forests and lakes.
Drive on the legendary route: the US30 « Historic Columbia River Highway », which departs from The Dalles along the Columbia River Gorge.
In some spots, the river is so vast and the mountains so impressive that it feels like facing a fjord.
